Rocco Forte Hotels is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team at the beautiful Villa Igiea in Palermo. This iconic hotel, which reopened in May 2021 after a significant renovation, beautifully blends contemporary design with its original Liberty charm. Villa Igiea boasts 100 rooms and suites with breathtaking views of the gardens and the Gulf of Palermo, and is home to renowned Chef Fulvio Pierangelini.

About the Role

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources for Villa Igiea. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, supporting the hotel's team, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day Human Resources operations.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace.
• Implement and administer HR policies and procedures.
• Support talent management initiatives and employee development.
• Contribute to overall HR management strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources management.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes.
• Demonstrated ability in employee relations.
• Experience with HR management and talent management.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
