About the Role
As a Customer Service Booking Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing booking orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our logistics operations. You will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding booking-related inquiries and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Update all booking orders accurately within the company system.
- Collect and verify relevant supporting documents from customers, such as multimodal documentation and lashing certificates, as required.
- Release containers to customers for merchant haulage, adhering to logistics instructions and ensuring accurate stock availability.
- Update carrier haulage details within the booking system.
- Process freight for all booking orders at the time of input.
- Follow up on vessel allocations and related processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Service.
- Proficiency in Booking and Logistics processes.
- Strong Data Entry skills.
- Experience with Documentation management.
