As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of software and algorithms that support Pirelli's advanced tire planning, manufacturing, and marketing processes globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers.
• Oversee the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers.
• Contribute to the development of digital solutions for Pirelli's global operations.
