About the Role

Stryker is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join their Customer Services team in Rome, Italy. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the dynamic healthcare industry. You will be an integral part of the Operations & Logistics department, working closely with various functions to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve project objectives.
• Uphold high standards of quality performance, professionalism, and integrity in all tasks.
• Support the Customer Service Manager, Supervisors, and Specialists in daily operations.
• Assist with tasks related to Asset Management, Warehouse, and Kit Room functions.
• Contribute to the timely delivery of results in accordance with implementation plans.
