About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the digital transformation initiatives within the HR function.
• Analyze HRIS systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Support project management activities related to HR technology implementations.
• Perform data analysis to support HR decision-making and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HRIS Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and functionalities.
• Experience with digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Skilled in data analysis.
