About the Role

KPMG's Deal Advisory team is seeking a motivated Restructuring & Turnaround Intern to join their Firenze office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance transactions, focusing on the critical aspects of restructuring and turnaround processes. You will contribute to helping companies create value by evaluating risks and opportunities, facilitating deal stages, and streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities

As an intern within the Deal Advisory Restructuring services team, you will assist clients with:

• Debt restructuring
• Industrial restructuring
• Financial advisory and support services

Requirements

• Interest in Deal Advisory, specifically in restructuring and corporate finance.
• Foundational understanding of financial advisory principles.
• Familiarity with concepts related to corporate finance and debt restructuring is a plus.
