Best Value Country Procurement Execution Leader

About the Role

Baker Hughes is seeking a Best Value Country Procurement Execution Leader to join our Procurement Fulfillment team in Firenze, Provincia di Firenze. This is a permanent, onsite position.

As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing all activities related to the execution of direct material supplies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring On-Time Delivery of goods and related documents, while also identifying and implementing continuous improvement programs to enhance supplier performance, capacity, and capability. This role involves solving complex problems and executing objectives within the dynamic energy industry.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and associated documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Procurement and Supply Chain management.
• Strong skills in Execution and Supplier Management.
• Demonstrated ability in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience within the energy industry is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
