  • Partner with leaders to identify changing organizational needs, provide strategic PX advice, and propose solutions to improve organizational effectiveness and culture, assisting in change management processes.
  • Drive strategic PX initiatives to increase employee engagement, support the business, and evolve the culture.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of company-wide PX business processes, programs, and initiatives.
  • Advise and coach managers through critical business cycles, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Facilitate local internal PX communications and drive employee engagement by hosting regular company informational meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Partner, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment, with a proven track record in planning, implementing, and facilitating diverse PX initiatives.
  • Deep and comprehensive knowledge of Finnish labor laws.
  • Professional fluency in written and verbal Finnish and English.
  • Proactive, resilient, and self-aware professional with the ability to manage complex employee relations, multitask, and navigate fast-paced, innovative environments with high integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, present confidently to all levels, and adapt to supporting new organizational groups as needed.

Bonus Points:

  • Academic degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience with companies covered by the Collective Agreement for the IT Service Sector and negotiation with employee representatives.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HCM systems.
  • Strong background in change management.
  • Fluent Swedish language skills.

What We Offer:

  • Real-World Impact: Work on projects that solve critical global challenges and tangibly improve how people live, build, move, and grow.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive team of "visionary pragmatists" who share your purpose and foster a genuine sense of belonging.
  • Ownership: Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit where initiative and ownership are encouraged.
  • Location: Based in Espoo, Finland, with a modern office in Leppävaara, offering a hybrid work model (at least four days onsite, one day remote). The office is conveniently located near Leppävaara train station.
  • Travel: Minimal travel required.

Join a Values-Driven Team: At Trimble, our core values of Belong, Grow, and Innovate are the foundation of our culture. We foster an environment where you are valued, have opportunities for career growth, and where your innovative ideas shape the future.
