About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our product offerings. You will be responsible for defining pricing structures, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and collaborating with various departments to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pricing structures for products.
• Prepare technical and commercial bids and proposals in collaboration with Technical Departments.
• Assist Sales teams in developing new business opportunities.
• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with the Glenair Team.
• Develop new product features in collaboration with Sales and Engineering departments.
• Interface and cooperate effectively with all Glenair staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in pricing structure development.
• Strong understanding of contract management.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals and commercial bids.
• Ability to develop and define product features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
