About the Role

As the Team Leader for the Sterile Department, you will be instrumental in achieving our production quantity and quality objectives. You will be responsible for the planning, supervision, and control of all departmental activities, ensuring strict adherence to company procedures, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Your leadership will be key to driving the success of our team and operations.
