About the Role
Sidel is seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to join their ECA Service organization. This is a permanent, onsite position based in Parma, Italy. You will play a crucial role in supporting customer requests related to equipment emergencies, troubleshooting, and technical assistance throughout the warranty and lifecycle of the equipment, always adhering to Health, Safety, Security & Environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete solution delivery process, from initial customer contact to final issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical experts from Product / Technical Support to address customer needs.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Sidel equipment.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Care.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution.
- Demonstrated ability in Technical Assistance.
- Experience in Team Leadership.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSS&E) principles.
