About the Role
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is a pivotal executive role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization's administrative, operational, and support functions. Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across the organization.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

- Human Resources & Talent Management:
- Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.

- Corporate Governance & Compliance:

- Facilities & Operations Management:

Requirements
- Education:

- 10-15+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or corporate management roles.
- Proven experience in leading support functions within banking, financial services, insurance, or investment organizations.
