The iLUKA Collective is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to oversee a hospitality programme for a major global sporting event. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile international event in Milan.

About the Role

As a Team Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of the assigned hospitality programme. You will be responsible for understanding all programme elements, developing and delivering comprehensive host training, and managing the host team both pre-event and onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of all aspects of the assigned hospitality programme.
• Create and deliver effective training programmes for hosts.
• Manage the roster and day-to-day operations of the host team.
• Coordinate pre-event planning and implementation activities.
• Oversee the coordination of onsite operations, including host training and games-time activities.
• Manage and coordinate the iLUKA host team to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Team Management.
• Strong background in Hospitality.
• Experience in Event Planning and Operations Coordination.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programmes.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
