Rome Business School is seeking a resilient, persuasive, and internationally minded International Admission Advisor to join our Admissions Department. This is a consultative role where you will be the primary point of contact for students worldwide, guiding them towards their dream of pursuing a one-year professional master’s degree, offered both online and on-campus.

About the Role

As an International Admission Advisor, you will play a crucial part in attracting and supporting prospective students from diverse international backgrounds. You will be instrumental in helping students navigate their educational journey and make informed decisions about their future studies at Rome Business School.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and guide international students through the admission process for one-year professional master’s programs.
• Provide comprehensive information about program offerings, admission requirements, and application procedures.
• Engage in consultative sales to help students identify the best program fit for their career aspirations.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with prospective students from initial inquiry through to enrollment.
• Represent the Rome Business School brand and its values to a global audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Admissions or Student Advising.
• Experience working with International Students.
• Strong skills in Consultative Sales.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Must be based in Rome.
• Must not require a student residence permit.
