About the Role

As a Collection Coordinator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Collection Coordinator throughout the design process of our RTW capsule collections and accessories. You will be instrumental in ensuring the stylistic integrity and brand identity are maintained, while also managing essential organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Collection Coordinator in ensuring the completeness and adherence to brand identity in stylistic terms.
• Operationally organize design support materials, including:
  • Colour research
  • Image sourcing
  • Tableaux preparation
  • Fabric cataloguing
  • Accessory organization
• Assist in respecting the collection planning timelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience or strong interest in collection coordination within the fashion industry.
• Familiarity with RTW (Ready-to-Wear) and accessories.
• Understanding of brand identity principles.
• Experience with fabric cataloguing is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
