About the Role

Rainbow Agro is seeking a Technical and Marketing Advisor to join their team in Terni, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the commercial development and strategic positioning of Rainbow's product portfolio within the Italian market. This involves leveraging technical expertise, market intelligence, and effective marketing activities. You will serve as a crucial link between European Technical and Portfolio Management, Sales Teams, Distribution Channels, and External Stakeholders, ensuring the seamless execution of technical and marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to support commercial development.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategies.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the product portfolio.
• Act as a key interface between internal teams (European Technical and Portfolio Management, Sales) and external stakeholders.
• Ensure effective execution of technical and marketing strategies.
• Contribute to the strategic positioning of products in the Italian market.
