Customer Service Representative Prom - Firenze

About the Role

Hertz is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR Prom) to join their team in Florence, Italy. Reporting to the Station Leader (SL) and Location/Airport Manager, and functionally to the Area Manager, your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and pleasant experience for all customers.
• Efficiently complete rental operations and returns.
• Inform customers about ancillary services and refuelling options.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
