Specialist Continuous Improvement (F/m/div)

About the Role

Infineon Technologies is seeking a Specialist Continuous Improvement (F/m/div) to join our team in Padova, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will play a fundamental role in driving process improvements within semiconductor development workflows. You will directly influence the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our development processes by supporting and enhancing our Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement activities for automotive microcontroller development.
• Collaborate closely with teams to implement process enhancements.
• Support and enhance Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes.
• Contribute to improving the quality, reliability, and efficiency of development workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Process Improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience with Corrective Action implementation.
• Familiarity with Semiconductor Development processes.
• Mid-level seniority.
