Learning Officer – On board position

About the Role

Costa Crociere is seeking a dedicated Learning Officer to join our team on board. This permanent, onsite position is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about developing and delivering impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver soft skills training to groups.
• Develop and design learning courses.
• Facilitate training sessions effectively.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Solid experience in soft skills group training and learning delivery.
• Experience in course development and instructional design is a plus.
• A background in Hospitality & Tourism is strongly preferred.
• Experience in English teaching within multicultural environments is advantageous.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
