Accounts Manager

About the Role

IKO Media Group A.G. is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join their team in Rome, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage all bank transactions, performing necessary reconciliations.
• Book credit card invoices and reconcile associated statements.
• Process and record vendor invoices, excluding direct costs.
• Perform General Ledger reconciliations across all entities.
• Manage fixed assets, including depreciation.
• Prepare and process payments in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular account and intercompany reconciliations.
