About the Role

Stryker is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Support Specialist to join our growing Orthopaedics team in Southern Italy. This is a critical, hands-on clinical role focused on supporting our innovative Joint Replacement and Robotics solutions, specifically the Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery System. You will be at the forefront of surgical innovation, working directly within operating rooms to provide essential support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support for Joint Replacement procedures utilizing the Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery System.
• Collaborate with surgical teams in operating room environments.
• Ensure the successful implementation and utilization of Stryker's robotic technology.
• Offer technical and clinical guidance to healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Support, specifically within Joint Replacement.
• Familiarity with Robotics in a clinical setting.
• Experience in Clinical Support and Orthopaedics.
• Willingness to travel extensively (~80%), including occasional overnights, within the Campania and Molise regions.
