UI/UX Designer
Valorbyte UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a creative and technology-driven team focused on building modern mobile games with a strong emphasis on visual quality, game feel, and performance. We aim to create games that are not only fun to play but also visually striking and emotionally engaging.
To strengthen our design team, we are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong Figma skills, a deep understanding of user experience, and the ability to bridge design and implementation, particularly within Unity 6 development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve user interfaces for mobile, web, and interactive Unity-based applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
- Develop and maintain design systems, components, and style guides.
- Collaborate closely with developers, game designers, and product stakeholders.
- Translate UX requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces.
- Support UI implementation in Unity 6 and ensure design consistency in-engine.
- Conduct UX iterations based on feedback, testing, and data insights.
- Contribute to improving the overall user experience across products and game systems.
Requirements
- Experience as a UI/UX Designer in game-related projects.
- Strong expertise in Figma, including auto layout, components, prototyping, and design systems.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user psychology.
- A good eye for typography, color systems, and modern interface design.
- Experience working with or understanding Unity 6, specifically in UI implementation or collaboration with developers.
- Ability to design for interactive real-time applications such as games.
- Experience working with Git-based teams or structured collaboration workflows is a plus.
- A self-driven, structured working style and a strong team mindset.
- Very good English skills, as it is the working and communication language.
