COREcruitment is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Food & Beverage Director to join an established luxury hospitality group at their property in Florence, Italy. This is an exciting opportunity for an internationally minded leader with strong strategic and operational expertise in high-end restaurant and bar environments.

About the Role

As the Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within the property, which features multiple F&B outlets. You will drive strategic initiatives and ensure exceptional operational standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for all food and beverage outlets.
• Manage and optimize the performance of multiple restaurants and bars.
• Ensure high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive commercial success and profitability of the F&B department.
• Lead and develop the F&B team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or in a similar senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Extensive experience in managing high-end restaurant and bar operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue and profitability.
• Strategic thinking and excellent operational expertise.
• An internationally minded approach.
