About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Analyst to join our team in Rome. In this role, you will be instrumental in the preparation and submission of documentation for public bids and tenders within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently prepare and elaborate on documentation for public bids, tenders, requests, and offers.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company guidelines of all submitted documentation.
• Manage and organize tender-related documents.
• Analyze tender requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Tender Preparation and Documentation.
• Familiarity with Public Bids and tender processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience within the Healthcare industry is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
