About the Role

Safilo is seeking a dedicated Credit Collector with fluency in French to join our team in Padova. This role is crucial in managing outstanding debts and ensuring timely payments from our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collect outstanding debts from customers.
• Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address any discrepancies or disputes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Credit Collector.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
