About the Role

As an Intern Vendor Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of our vendor and contractor relationships. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure our supplier base is robust, compliant, and meets the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and maintain electronic records for vendors and contractors.
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of the vendor database, aligning with business requirements.
• Identify and scout potential new suppliers for business areas that require them.
• Facilitate an impartial supplier qualification process by coordinating with internal stakeholders across all company teams.
• Collaborate with diverse business groups to support vendor-related activities.
