About the Role

Stryker is seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to join our team in the Toscana and Umbria regions of Italy. This role is crucial in providing direct support for all Stryker products utilized in Joint Replacement procedures, including advanced robotic surgery with our Mako system. You will be instrumental in servicing and supporting our clinical customers, aiming to deliver best-in-class specialist support and ensure procedural excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct product support for Stryker's Joint Replacement portfolio, encompassing robotic surgery solutions.
• Service and support clinical customers to achieve optimal outcomes and procedural excellence.
• Collaborate with the local sales team to coordinate training and educational initiatives.
• Ensure the highest standards of specialist support are maintained.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Support, ideally within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Joint Replacement procedures.
• Experience or understanding of Robotic Surgery systems.
• Ability to provide effective Clinical Support.
• Experience in Sales Support is beneficial.
