The iLUKA Collective is seeking a Guest Communications Manager to oversee the guest communication process for our global events. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, from data management to direct communication and stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assimilation and verification of all guest data.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, guests, and business leads.
• Provide periodic status reports to various stakeholders.
• Develop a thorough understanding of hospitality package allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Guest Communications.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
• Proficiency in Data Verification processes.
• Excellent Client Relations abilities.
• Experience in Event Management is advantageous.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
