About the Role

CARDO ROMA, AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION is seeking a skilled and customer-service oriented Bartender to join their team in Rome. This is a permanent, onsite position where you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, from their arrival to their departure. You will uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional service at the bar and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome and farewell to all guests.
• Follow brand directives and standards to the highest level.
• Serve guests at the bar, including taking orders and serving snacks and drinks.
• Clear and set tables efficiently.
• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
