Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our PPI Digital Transformation organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the end-to-end delivery of innovative digital initiatives across our manufacturing sites.

About the Role

As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will be responsible for translating operational requirements into actionable digital projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to guide diverse, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives within manufacturing environments.
• Translate business and operational needs into executable digital project plans.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including:
  • Data Engineering
  • Data Science
  • Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Automation
  • And other relevant departments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive digital transformation efforts across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Digital Project Management.
• Demonstrated understanding of Digital Transformation principles.
• Familiarity with Data Engineering and Data Science concepts.
• Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is beneficial.
• Experience working within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
