PPG is seeking a motivated Maintenance Expert to join our team in Novara. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Expert, you will work closely with the Maintenance Coordinator, learning their daily activities and gaining valuable expertise with a view to professional development. You will also begin to understand project management dynamics and interact with various internal functions. In the absence of the Maintenance Coordinator, you will assume responsibility for the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Coordinator in daily tasks and learn their expertise.
• Develop an understanding of project management principles and cross-functional collaboration.
• Take ownership of workshop operations when the Maintenance Coordinator is unavailable.
• Execute both ordinary and extraordinary electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance for the plant's production facilities.
• Perform diagnostics and identify malfunctions within the plant's equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in Maintenance.
• Proficiency in Electrical and Mechanical systems.
• Skills in Diagnostics and Malfunction Identification.
• Familiarity with Project Management principles is a plus.
