About the Role

As a Telephone Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting interviews and gathering data. This role is crucial for our client, an Institute of Market Research and Statistical Studies, which focuses on Customer and Employee Experience Management through analytics, data mining, and e-business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting telephone interviews with participants.
• Gathering and recording data accurately.
• Adhering to interview protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking and comprehension skills.
• Previous experience in telephone interviewing is a plus.
• Familiarity with customer experience principles is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of data mining and analytics concepts is advantageous.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment. (Specific technical requirements will be provided).
