About the Role

Artech is seeking a motivated Junior Chief of Staff (Level 1) to support the CEO and contribute to the company's continued success in the entertainment industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain broad experience within a dynamic and innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO in various strategic and operational tasks.
• Support project management initiatives, particularly within the special effects and show solutions sectors.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions for live entertainment.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Junior level experience.
• Familiarity with Chief of Staff functions.
• Interest or experience in the Entertainment industry.
• Understanding of Show Solutions and Special Effects.
• Basic Project Management skills.

Work Model

This is a hybrid role, with work split between Artech's offices in Naples and Milan, and remote working options available.
