Stryker is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our Medical division. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of Stryker's innovative medical products across the Tuscany, Lazio, and Umbria regions of Italy.

About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for the repair and preventative maintenance of Stryker's advanced medical devices, including hospital beds and stretchers. You will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance, ensuring all work adheres to the quality system and manufacturer specifications. Your expertise will also extend to providing essential technical support and documentation to both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on Stryker electronic and mechanical products.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on medical devices to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide expert technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all service activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with the company's quality system and manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Field Service, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ability to provide effective technical support.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (CV must be submitted in English).
