We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic, private equity-backed education group. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial strategy of a rapidly expanding organization with a significant presence across Southern Europe.

About the Role

This role is based in Rome and will play a crucial part in supporting the financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions for a growing international portfolio of education assets and property investments. You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management.
• Assist with the analysis of financial performance across the group's education assets and property investments.
• Contribute to commercial decision-making through robust financial insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong skills in financial reporting and analysis.
• A commercially minded approach with the ability to interpret financial data in a business context.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience within the education sector is a plus.
