As a vital member of the Food and Beverage department, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences in one of Venice's most iconic hotels.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be an integral part of a high-level professional team. This role involves overseeing a specific section of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a designated section of the restaurant.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Uphold the standards and reputation of The Gritti Palace and The Luxury Collection brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
