About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT ServiceNow ticket queues, efficiently handling incidents and implementing workarounds.
• Plan and execute Hardware Asset Management processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address IT challenges and implement solutions.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of IT systems and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Support roles.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident and ticket management.
• Experience with Hardware Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of IT principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
