Linde AMT Italy S.r.l. is seeking a senior Financial Controller to join our team in Novara, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position.

About the Role

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the organization's accounting and financial functions. You will have ownership of financial accounts and will be instrumental in supporting and developing related processes and procedures. You will also be a key member of the Italian Leadership team, with significant responsibility for accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the organization's accounting and financial functions.
• Take ownership of financial accounts and supporting processes and procedures.
• Prepare monthly US GAAP financial statements.
• Complete annual Italian Statutory accounts in accordance with the plan.
• Conduct detailed analyses of monthly financial performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
• Proficiency in US GAAP.
• Experience with Italian Statutory accounts.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
