About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patent Paralegal Administrator to join our team in Bologna. This onsite position will play a crucial role in supporting our intellectual property activities within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of patent processes.
• Support paralegal functions related to intellectual property.
• Manage and maintain patent documentation and records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external patent attorneys.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the patent department.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Patent Paralegal or Administrator.
• Strong understanding of patent procedures and administration.
• Familiarity with industrial and packaging solutions is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and databases.
• Strong communication skills.
