Hangar Design Group is seeking a senior Art Director to join our team in Venice. This is a key role within our agency, responsible for the strategic and design development of products and services. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating client needs and briefs into targeted and original creative ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branding projects, including:
  • Developing strategies based on purpose, positioning, personality, values, brand architecture, and naming.
  • Offering articulated and complex solutions.
• Create innovative and multichannel creative concepts.
• Realise design strategies and creative concepts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar senior creative role.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and design strategy.
• Experience in product development and service design.
• Ability to generate original and impactful creative ideas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in translating client briefs into actionable creative direction.
