About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and growing our relationship with key partners, focusing on F5 Networks solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive sales, provide strategic guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Understand and articulate the value proposition of F5 Networks' IT solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to partners and their end customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Offer business consulting services to help partners grow their F5 Networks practice.
• Stay updated on the latest F5 Networks technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Technical Account Management or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and the technology landscape.
• Experience working with channel partners.
• Skills in business consulting.
• Familiarity with Arrow Electronics' business model and services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
