Seres Partners s.r.l. is seeking a Finance Specialist to join an international group that designs and produces high-tech systems and components for the automotive sector. This group supplies major car manufacturers across Europe, America, and Asia, with a global network of production, R&D, and application centers.

About the Role

This is a mid-level, onsite position based in Milan. You will be an integral part of the finance team, contributing to the financial operations of a dynamic, international manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze financial data, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Perform financial controlling activities, particularly related to projects.
• Support financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics.
• Proven experience in finance, with a strong understanding of:
  • Profit & Loss statements
  • Balance Sheets
  • Cash Flow Statements
  • Project Financial Controlling
• Knowledge of relevant financial software and tools (specifics to be discussed).
