About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Account Executive passionate about voice technology and its potential to revolutionize businesses. This role involves partnering with organizations to help them create new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale using our breakthrough voice technology. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth within the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to meet ElevenLabs' revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise or willingness to learn extensively about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can benefit prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A hybrid customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scale.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.

This is a remote-first role, executable from anywhere within the Benelux region, operating within the GMT+2 timezone. Alternatively, you may choose to work from our offices in Dublin or London.
