Ricoh is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Representative II to support the daily operations of Managed Services locations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of copy, print, scanning, and mailroom operations, as well as supporting regional Managed Services initiatives.

About the Role

As a Field Representative II, you will be responsible for supporting operational objectives at various customer sites within a designated geographic territory. You will step in to cover absences and vacations, ensuring consistent service delivery. This is an onsite position requiring flexibility to travel to different client locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site procedure guides, forms, and logs.
  • Collect data for monthly management reports.
  • Order necessary office supplies, including paper and toner.
  • Assist in identifying and suggesting improvements to processes and procedures.
  • Support the training of new and existing team members.
  • Travel to and work at various Managed Services client locations within a geographic territory based on business needs.

In the absence of onsite personnel, you may be required to perform duties including, but not limited to:

Mailroom Operations:

  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform mail fulfillment, including sorting, filing, packaging, and processing shipments.
  • File and label documents for storage and retrieval.
  • Handle shipping and receiving, including the movement of equipment.
  • Provide courier services for mail and copy job pickup and delivery.

Copy Center Operations:

  • Assist in the Copy Centre, completing all copy requests using binding, folding, and laminating equipment.
  • Perform scanning and indexing of client documents.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting on equipment, such as resolving paper jams.

General Support:

  • Perform front desk receptionist duties.
  • Assist in coordinating work assignments to meet deadlines and service deliverables.
  • Manage all aspects of the Ricoh Centre in the absence of the Site Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mailroom, copy centre, or customer service environment.
  • Experience operating photocopiers, scanners, printers, and related equipment (e.g., binding machines, collators).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required.
