As we embark on our next growth phase, we are seeking a strategic thinker to identify new opportunities, challenge existing assumptions, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to propel the business forward. As part of a small, dedicated team of fewer than 10 individuals, we are looking for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial settings and is passionate about helping founder-led brands scale.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Fractional Growth & Brand Strategist to work directly with our Founder and leadership team. This is a unique opportunity that goes beyond traditional marketing roles. We seek an individual with proven experience in growing established consumer brands, capable of contributing both strategic insights and creative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of small business growth dynamics, be adept at uncovering overlooked opportunities, and skilled in focusing resources on high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance across both wholesale and e-commerce channels.
- Identify key growth opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Prioritize projects based on potential impact and resource requirements.
- Evaluate new sales channels, potential partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities.
- Review and refine customer acquisition, retention, and brand-building strategies.
- Analyze product, channel, and sales performance to uncover avenues for growth.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Founder and leadership team.
- Contribute fresh ideas and an external perspective based on experience with other growing brands.
- Assist in the development of both short-term and long-term growth plans.
Ideal Experience
- Demonstrated experience in growing small to mid-sized consumer brands.
- Experience within the jewelry, fashion, wellness, home goods, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle industries is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of both e-commerce and wholesale business models.
- Experience working directly with founders and small leadership teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical, execution-focused approaches.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive bias toward action.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with business performance data.
