Regional Sales Manager, Extremities (Northern & Central Italy)

About the Role

Stryker, a global leader in healthcare, is seeking a commercially driven and people-focused Regional Sales Manager for its Extremities division. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving regional growth, developing talent, strengthening customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team across Northern and Central Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
• Drive business development and growth within the assigned territory.
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Focus on talent development within the sales team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Management.
• Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership.
• Strong Business Development skills.
• Experience in building and maintaining Customer Relationships.
• Understanding of the Healthcare industry.
