Key Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations and cost estimates for clients and internal projects.
• Issuing purchase orders to suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Recording job costs accurately and diligently monitoring expenses within the company's software.
• Verifying supplier invoices and ensuring they match the corresponding purchase orders.
• Assisting with general warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Providing support to the sales team as needed.
