Quintas Energy is seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team in Rome. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to our financial operations within a dynamic consulting environment.

About the Role

As a Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing general accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting audit processes. You will be an integral part of our finance team, working closely with clients and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• General Accounting:
  • Manage general accounts, including accruals and prepayments.
  • Handle invoicing and bookkeeping processes.
• Financial Closings:
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for clients.
  • Complete monthly closing processes efficiently and accurately.
• Audits:
  • Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Liaise effectively with auditors.
• Financial Control:
  • Oversee and contribute to financial control activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in General Accounting.
• Proficiency in Financial Closings and reporting.
• Experience with Audits, including preparation and coordination.
• Strong understanding of Financial Control principles.
• Solid Bookkeeping skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with a commitment to being onsite in our Rome office three days per week.
