IT Manager - Dental Clinics Group (Digital Transformation)

About the Role

CLINICHE ODONTOIATRICHE FRANCESCO SABA is seeking a senior IT Manager to spearhead a critical digital transformation initiative. This role is central to transitioning our dental clinics from paper-based processes to a fully digital ecosystem. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing our IT strategy, fostering a digital-first culture, and integrating new technologies across the organization. This is an onsite position based in Rome.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s digital strategy in collaboration with Top Management.
• Promote a digital culture and drive the adoption of new technologies among staff.
• Support the development of a proprietary internal management system.
• Implement HR systems (such as Zucchetti or similar), CRM, and other essential digital tools.
• Collaborate daily with an international IT team located in Switzerland.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of IT strategy development and execution.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with HR systems implementation.
• Demonstrated IT management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with international teams.
