About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Partnership Developer to spearhead and expand our partnership strategy in Belgium. This role is crucial for driving growth within our self-serve segment, with a particular focus on management companies and small businesses. You will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships that drive member acquisition and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new strategic partners: Identify and engage potential partners such as social secretaries, business federations, accountants, and insurers. Manage the entire partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and pitch personalization to contract negotiation and pipeline development.
• Drive partner activation and success: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring they are actively promoting Alan. This includes regular engagement, providing marketing and product information, coordinating joint campaigns, and troubleshooting any issues.
• Nurture and optimize partner portfolio: Build and maintain strong relationships through strategic management and performance reviews. Identify opportunities for improvement and scale best practices across the partner network.
• Track and report on key metrics: Monitor and analyze performance indicators such as member acquisition, contracts signed, ARR generated, and conversion rates. Report on partnership ROI and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with legal, product, sales, and other internal teams to ensure successful partnership launches and ongoing management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development.
• Full fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Native-level proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
• Proven experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong ability to measure the impact and ROI of partnerships.
• Excellent networking and pitching skills, comfortable engaging with both partnership managers and C-level executives.
• Strong communication and content creation abilities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering results.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
